How do I find what I'm looking for?
From the home page of the ABCTOY4ME, there are two ways to find what you want. The home page has direct links to different categories of merchandise, and sometimes to individual items. You can follow these to find the sections of merchandise you are looking for. The second option is to use our Search utility, which is located at the top of most of the pages of our website by the "Go" button.
How do I buy from ABCTOY4ME.COM?
Buying from ABCTOY4ME is easy and secure. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server. For every orderable item, there will be an "Add to Cart" button. This button adds the item to your shopping cart. Putting something in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your cart, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping. You can put as many items as you want in your shopping cart. When you're finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping cart by clicking on the "My Cart" button in the upper right-hand part of our website. You must be over the age of 18 to place an order on our site.
What methods of payment does ABCTOY4ME accept?
Through the website, we only accept electronic (Paypal, Authorize.net, credit/debit cards) payments for merchandise. We do also accept Checks, Money Orders, and Cash for orders (although cash orders should only be placed in store) but we can only accept mail orders from the United States. If you're planning to use a check or money order, please contact us PRIOR to ordering so we can make sure we have exactly what you're looking for and to make the process as quick and easy as possible.
Can I order by mail?
Yes, you absolutely can! Remember, our website is 100% safe and secure. Please call to check our inventory of an item BEFORE sending us a payment by mail. We can only accept mail orders or checks from the United States.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
Based on the carrier chosen for shipping, your package delivery time will vary a bit and the prices are adjusted as so. On average a package should take from 3-10 business days to arrive.
I haven't recieved my order! What should I do?
You should check your email for our message regarding your orders status. You can then use the information provided to track your package. It should give you an idea of where your package is and when you should be expecting it! If for whatever reason you can't access your email/ it was deleted, feel free to call us at (562) 630 0888 and we can help you track it!
Problems Ordering?
If you are having problems with connectivity or viewing pages of our website, it could be because your browser isn't allowing you to connect securely to our server. This is usually due to firewalls, "pop-up" blockers, or spam fighters etc. As a test, try going to another page which is secure, such as https://www.microsoft.com for example, and see how you connect. You may need to temporariliy remove or lessen your firewall settings to properly view our page.
